This is what Lela had to sing to us from her potty.
PS: You will have to turn up your speakers to hear it, it is quite quiet.

It’s all an incredible rip-off. Nothing is really worth it, except carrots. (We were really talking about getting the Nexus One android phone and that was her reply)
it came to pass that a $180 phone plus a $30 data plan for 2 years and a voice plan of at least $50 results in something ridiculous, like… $2,100… would you spend that amount of money on a phone that can’t even be used in a family plan? LAME!
If he could speak, he would say, "I’m BIG." That is what Lela says all the time. And he and she are BIG. We like them a lot and are happy that they are healthy, beautiful, and smart. The baby bird, as we sometimes call him has gotten all fattened up. He can hold his own neck and loves bathing.
Well Happy Birthday to him. Here are some pictures for you.
It turns out that that this week wants to test me. Test me it will because I have to write 3 trabajos escritos, uno en espanol y otro en ingles. Sper sa ma pricep si sa pot sa le termin pe toate la timp.

Our new scholar super soccer player star artist is born. He is cute and lovely. He was so excited to come out that he did it in three hours. There were some false starts but when he decided to come out he did it at hi speed. We arrived at the hospital at 1 am, helped Heidi with the “contraptions” for a while and then went to the car to get the suitcase. When I came back I found Heidi on the floor in somewhat of agony asking for me. I came and helped her. The nurse asked her to get in bed to have the baby. She got in bed, I got the camera and Heidi had the baby. She went from a 5cm to a 10cm and baby out in about 10 minutes.
Oliver Stefan is great and wonderful, all we could ever want. We welcome him and treasure him as much as we did Merayla.
Here are some pictures of the deed.
We took a trip to Zions this weekend. We had tons of fun and got to meet up with Char and Chris. We hiked all the Emerald Pools and the River Walk. Merayla was really excited and made dirt angels. She "climbed like an ursul" in the dirt over these steps made of mud and branches. We also made a few discoveries. We discovered a heart rock during a rainstorm and the face of an "Indian" in the mountain.
We made great food including wonderful devil’s spitted chicken drumsticks over the grill. They were quite the hit. Even after they sat in cold water and were a day old, Chris (Char’s boyfriend/fiancee) liked them. We also grilled some campfire dinners and in the morning made oatmeal.
This place is amazing.
This is a slideshow of ideas Cristian made for his summer job as the graphic design intern at BYU Graduate Studies. Mostly, I think he is enjoying using sliderocket. He says, “You may also go full screen to really enjoy this stuff.”
Happy Martisor Day to all the women and little girls that I respect! These women and girls are nice, understanding, and beautiful. They do all the right things at the right time. I thank you and love you. Some of these women and girls that I treasure are: Heidi and Merayla on one hand, Consuela, Madalina, and Lavinia on the second hand, and on the third hand: Janet, Cristina, Ashley, Char, and Danielle.
Well, thank you and have a wonderful Martisor Day.

Here is an image I made to give to you all!
I have been invited to present an article that I wrote at the University of Florida. The article was entitled Who Is the Public, and Why Is It after Me? A Lacanian-Freudian Look at Mariano José de Larra’s Artículos and Life. Merayla would say “big one” after hearing the long title. 🙂 The paper was received well and we had a wonderful tine being immersed in the academic arena. Heidi came with me. We left Merayla with Consuela at home. This was the only part that was sad. We missed her and I think she missed us to. Consuela did great, so no problems there.
Florida was nice and welcoming with kind people all around. The weather was perfect at about 70 degrees. We shortsleeved and it was ffffffine. On the last day we went to Aquatica and enjoyed the sun and the rides. Some of the rides scared me… but this time I went on them all, regardless of my fright level 🙂
Here are some pictures from the trip.
Also here are some Photosynths from the trip. They are kind of cool. Just press the PLAY button and it will take you on a cool slideshow. Or you can mess around with it, it’s your option.
